Fine Art Services
Installations
We offer a flexible, on demand installation service for our clients. We work with artists, consultants, interior designers, and galleries, amongst others, on small to large installations billed hourly or at piece rates. Residential installations are offered on an hourly basis. Our schedule varies from day to day, and week to week. We will consider same day bookings if the item can be worked into our schedule. Generally, however, booking at least a week ahead for small jobs, and three weeks for large jobs allows you the most flexibility for scheduling.
Track Systems
We work with AS Hanging Systems on many projects and offer local distribution for their systems. If you have a gallery track or suspended system requirement, let us know and we may be able to offer a custom solution.
Shipping & Deliveries
We provide daily cube van, Sprinter, and air ride climate controlled truck delivery service throughout the Greater Toronto Area, and beyond.
See our Shuttles & Fairs page for scheduled shuttles to New York. Shuttle rates are occasionally available for locations other than New York City. Check the calendar or our twitter feed often to catch these items. We are always available to quote expedited deliveries. Shuttle service is provided exclusively by air-ride, climate-controlled truck with lift-gate.
Packaging & Crates
We offer custom crate building for local, national, and international shipping. On-site and on-demand soft packing services are available for purposes ranging from local storage to packaging suitable for long term storage or fine art shipping.
Storage
Our facilities include temperature and climate controlled dedicated art storage, offering museum-standard storage conditions (temperature and humidity controlled). We are able to provide short, medium, and long term storage securely.
Special Projects
We enjoy challenges. For example, we developed a system to hang 100 year old Phulkari embroidery in a grand ball room; we removed and returned a 238 square foot tapestry for conservation from the hall in which it hung without it touching the floor; and, we designed and installed a split bulletin board system for multiple childcare centres that allowed adults to view bulletins on the top, and four year olds to see their art on the bottom. Of course, we’ve also installed 250 pound framed photographs on paper-thin trade fair booth walls and installed 9 ft (2.74m) x 10 ft (3.05m) paintings in stairwells, but those are some of our regular jobs.
